Clinicians using eConsult may receive advice from a regional specialist, where available.

To access your Regional eConsult BASE™ Managed Specialty Groups, you will need to select your priority regions on the OTNhub. 
Please review our step-by-step instructions or watch our video to learn how to make these changes. Please note, these changes cannot be completed by a delegate.

Cases sent using BASE™ Managed Specialty model default to the Provincial BASE™ Managed Groups when priority regions are not set, or if no Regional Group exists.
