Ontario eConsult Service users can now launch OTNhub eConsult directly from Epic using the new eConsult button. This means easier access to request specialist advice, with fewer clicks and more time for patient care.
Hosted on the secure OTNhub web-based platform, the Ontario eConsult service is a digital tool that provides clinicians, nurse practitioners and midwives with timely access to specialist advice for their patients, often avoiding the need for an in-person specialist visit.
With the launch of OTNhub eConsult in Epic, users can now link their existing ONE®ID or an OTN-credentialed account and open OTNhub eConsult with a single click in Epic.
